joining forces together. We believe that we can not only affect change in individual lives, but entire neighborhoods and communities together.

What We Stand For

At Decipher Life Ministries International, Inc., we believe that there’s a divine plan for everyone’s life. Decipher Life Ministries International, Inc. has been the driving force in uniting members of the church, called the body of Christ. We accomplish this through witnessing and sharing the Gospel in church and society. We believe in the God-Head--Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that we receive salvation through Jesus Christ who was God in the flesh, according to scripture. We believe that God gave His Holy Spirit to help us to live a consecrated life and is the evidence of our transformation. We believe in the Word of God and that the Scriptures are God's revelation written to reveal Himself and His will to man. Further, we believe that all scripture was inspired by God and free from error. We believe in the family unit and that marriage between a man and woman is ordained by God. We seek to undergird our members by nurturing faith and obedience to God's Word, calling forth of gifts and equipping for Christian service. We believe in the ministry of reconciliation and living a holy, set-apart life.

Leading by Example

Pastor Monica St.Hill is the founder and senior pastor of Decipher Life Ministries International, Inc. Pastor Monica has over 20 years of experience in ministry, both in the United States and overseas, Pastor Monica decided to answer the call to reach the hurting, the lost, the abused, the lonely and those seemingly forgotten. She served under numerous ministries in various leadership positions. Her last appointment was Elder of Wholeness, Macedonia Church of Grovetown, under the leadership of Bishop Esaias Merritt. Pastor Monica was sent out to start a new church plant in 2014 in a rural area of South Augusta--an area that was depressed and in economic and moral decline. She has made many strides since her start and making a marked impact in the CSRA--boldly proclaiming the love of God, liberty in Christ, healing and hope. We are doing great things one person at a time.
